AIS Certification Services

The quickest, most efficient way to obtain AIS certification is to use MPR International India Certification’s “All-Inclusive Package.”

We understand that the TAC/AIS accreditation can be a complex hurdle for manufacturers and therefore we will competently support your company at every level by providing the following services:

1. Check the necessity of certification for products;
2. Complete Indian TAC/COP application preparation (including assistance with form completion, preparation of supporting documentation package, communication with a certification authority like ARAI or iCAT, final checking and submission of all documents to the relevant authorities and handling the necessary payments);
3. Complete handling of the product testing (completion of the customs clearance, document exchange, handling of payments, communication with Indian test labs and evaluation of the final test reports);
4. Complete audit preparation (application, coordination and communication with the certification authority, document exchange, handling of payments, organization of inspection including travel program, as well as providing the required documents, information and checklists for the audit preparation);
5. One day AIS pre-audit (Working through provided checklists, review of Quality Management documentation, support in preparation of control procedures for AIS/TAC certification ;
6. Complete audit escort (travel escort for the auditors, a professional interpreter fluent in German and English for the audit and final checking of the inspection report). The audit will be conducted by an authorized certification authority such as the Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) or International Center for Automotive Products (iCAT);
7. Preparation of the marking according to Indian AIS regulations including templates and procedures for product labelling with the certification logo and factory code;
8. Complete organization of follow-up certification, including audit
